In 2024, Ewens of Cornhill became the first dealership in the UK to win Honda’s coveted Yūshū Award for both Sales and Aftersales.

Well, we are extremely proud to announce that we have repeated this achievement only 12 months later, to be crowned 2025 winners for both Sales and Aftersales.

The Yūshū scheme recognises and celebrates retailer performance as measured by the Honda Customer Satisfaction Index (H-CSI), a programme to capture the Voice of the Customer so the company can continue to meet customer needs and exceed expectations. It is an Award to celebrate the top performing retailers in Customer Experience across Europe, based on real customer survey feedback

On receiving the award, our very own Alan Ewen said:

We were over the moon to win this last year. But to do it again, a double-double if you will, has taken my breath away. We’re proud of what we do here, we aim to provide the best service and advice we can every day. So to be recognised with this award for a second time really does mean the world. The whole team is chuffed, and so they should be.
