We are looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a key role in exceeding customer expectations and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will build rapport with customers, identify their needs and budget, and showcase Ewens' extensive range of new and used vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.

You will also conduct test drives, answer customer questions, negotiate competitive sales prices and finance options, process paperwork, and ensure a smooth buying experience for each customer.

Requirements
  • Proven sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of the car industry
  • The ability to build rapport with customers and identify their needs
  • The ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Be good with IT
  • A clean driving licence

Ewens are looking for a skilled and motivated Technician to join their team!

You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide variety of vehicles to the highest standards. You will also service vehicles in line with manufacturer guidelines, carry out MOT tests (preferred), maintain a clean and tidy work environment, and liaise with customers to discuss repairs and service requirements.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technician
  • Strong mechanical knowledge
  • Excellent fault-finding skills
  • A good eye for detail
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driving licence
  • MOT trained (preferred but not essential)
