Lounge/Dining Room

The spacious lounge/dining room (6m by 4.4m) has two of the walls predominantly made of glass.

The furnishing includes a Danish designer dining table (seats 10), with 8 hi-backed leather and brushed steel dining chairs.  The lounge also includes a stunning aniline leather designer L-shaped sofa ( 3.5m by 2.7m), which comfortably seats 8 and converts to a double sofa-bed.

Additional items include 42" Plasma Cable+Freeview television, DVD Player, VCR, a library of over 200 DVD's, hi-fi, coffee table and appropriate lighting.  A mobile/cellular phone is also provided for guests' use.
A free Broadband Internet connection is also available.

Kitchen

One of the unique features of the kitchen is the glass wall, leading onto the balcony, which, in turn, has rooftop views of Edinburgh.  The glass wall creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere when eating in the kitchen.


The Penthouse has a large, (3.8m by 3.8m), fully equipped modern eating kitchen.  The flooring is Amtico white marble with a black granite Charles Rennie Mackintosh border.  The kitchen has built-in Bosch stainless steel appliances including double electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.  A microwave is also included, as are various other small electric appliances.


All the Le Creuset pots and pans, crystal glass, china crockery and cutlery necessary to produce a meal for in excess of 8 people, have been included.



Double/Twin Bedrooms - 3

A)  Large double bedroom (4.3m by 4.1m) with en-suite - Swiss designer double bed and matching furniture. A Plasma TV with Freeview & DVD player and a safe for valuables are also provided in the room.

B)   Large twin bedded room (4.2m by 3.4m) – Two zip-and-link single beds can be joined together to form one super-king bed with cream leather headboards.  A Plasma TV with Freeview & DVD player is provided.

C)   Second twin bedded room  (3.7m by 2.8m) - Beds can be joined together to form one super-king bed.  Luxurious cherry-oak furniture with a Plasma TV with Freeview & DVD player provided.

Additionally:  There is a designer luxury leather double sofa-bed, situated in the lounge.

 


En-Suite/Shower Room

The en-suite facility, which has an Amtico inlaid wooden floor, includes a double walk-in shower.

Bathroom

Stunning bathroom with black wall tiles contrasting with the white bathroom suite. These in turn are complemented by the Amtico black granite and grey marble floor tiles.

The suite includes an overhead shower plus a hand held showerhead at tap level.

Hall

The airy hall has unusual dome shaped roof features allowing the hall to be illuminated by natural light.
